  VN 2007 tasted March 🌸 2021 🇫🇷
  🍇 70 % Pinot Noir, 30 % Chardonnay
  👀 medium golden many alive and kicking small bubbles
  👃 medium plus intensity, first impression is apple 🍏, brioche, yeast, citrus 🍊, orange peel - after som time you’ll find raspberry, almonds, hazelnut and walnut
  👄 dry, high crisp acidity, apple 🍏, toast, brioche, again nutty notes hazelnut after time in glass
  🏁 long long round soft despite the crispy acidity - high drinkable
