  • By the glass. Essence of oriental spices on the nose with notes of dried Provencal herbs. Palate has grip and an intense anthracite mineral finish. Overall linear and lacking depth.

Por copas. Esencia de especias orientales en nariz con notas a hierbas provenzales secas. Al paladar tiene agarre y un intenso final de mineral de antracita. Ante todo lineal y falto de profundidad.

  • Good quality as a Barolo but a little disappointing as a Brunate, particularly the finish is a little shorter than expected.

  • Decanted around 13:30 and tasted from 14:30 through the evening. This was surprisingly light translucent ruby like a Pinot noir. While it did improve over time with the air it was on average less interesting than I expected in pretty much all dimensions. Somewhat tannic but showing little depth. Mostly light cherry to strawberry fruit but lacking a lot of secondary characteristics. Thin in texture. Short finish. Not terribly interesting.
