Modern, lots of quality lumber on the bouquet. Concentrated, Plummy, fleshy, and inky. Very nice texture, balance, and weight. Medium plus acid, solid finish. An excellent wine overall, though the heavy timber treatment is not a bell ringer.
Dark color. Aromas similar to a young brunello. Cherries and dark fruit. Oak and ripe boisenberries with still young tannins. This wine is just evolving but shows great promise. Im lovin it with grilled fillets with bacon belts.
