  Color: very dark salmon, or perhaps a coppery dark pink
  Nose: ripe raspberry and lemon zest. Roses and vanilla. Mint. Yeast and wet rock
  Palate: mesium-high acidity, rich body on the medium full. Bubbles are small. Refined mouth with clear and crisp raspberry with mint and basil even maybe
  Finish: medium
  
  Excelllent young rosee, much more fruit than autolytic notes and it works well that way. Intriguing aromatic herbs make this just hit that fresh fruity champagne spot. I do note a hint of sweet that surprises me given this is an xb, but not in an obnoxious way at all

  Not blind
  Very purified fruit, not too much strawberry and raspberry, chalky, fruity and a cracking acidity. 91
