  • Montsant, the baby brother of Priorat. Organic. 50% Garnacha 40% Cariñena and 10% Syrah. Soil is Licorella and clay. Punch down during fermentation. Aged 6 months in large vats and then transferred to barrels.
Nose shows baked blueberry but very earthy and savory. Palate shows nice structure, med+ acidity, med+ but fine tannins despite age.

  • Cardigan, grenache, and syrah. Now day 2. Lovely aroma of crushed blackberries and lifted red cherries, herbs, and damp earth. Palate w just ripe blackberries, pomegranate, cherries, some earth, nice minerals. Excellent acids and concentration on a medium body. Mild tannins. Nice juicy finish of herbs, green herbs, and tart red and black berries. Young but drinking nicely.

  • A very expressive wine , power is on, works with spicy food.
