Wow this wine is good, only a few bottles left & need to save whats left for later, certainly beyond the 2012 drinking window. (Bought a 2008 two months, was still young, will save to drink next to a 2003 in a couple years.)

Deep maroon with a clear red rim. The nose shows sweet red fruit with just a hint of VA. Full bodied. This shows off some red and black fruit with high acidity and firm tannins. Nice stuff, but some food would make it better.

Who spilled the ink well, boy this has a beautiful inky color to it. On opening a little petrol aroma. Rich flavor w/ as others said. a little 'plummy'. Decant decant decant, gets better better better. Drinking next to sterling 2003 cab. Nice pair to compare. Each unique, one Wa one Ca. Will vacu and compare in about 28 hours.

Nice deep ruby color, dark plum. Immediate nose of fruit which is very nice and not too sweet, again with the dark. Complex and peppery in the glass with a nice balance of acid and tannin, but the finish for me was a wee bit too bright/acidy. But overall an outstanding wine that I would buy again and again -- I wish I had bought more! An excellent example of red mountain fruit.

My absolute favorite Walla Walla cabernet, and it's amazing value at $31. It's my kind of wine: dense, fruity, nice acid, moderate oak. The fruit is pure Walla Walla, dark purple flavors, just wonderful. I'm so sad I don't have any left.
