  Off-dry (Hofgut Falkenstein world probably label it as „feinherb“. Very good, and a perfect pairing with sushi or a grilled mackerel. Excellent qpr, 92+.

  High acidity (but not as high as Falkenstein), white fruits, quite full-bodied for a Saar Riesling, long finish , best on day 3. 92 with room for further improvement.

  Glass: Zalto Universal
  Drunk over a week. Compared to "Gisela" a few days ago, this is a different kind of animal. It has a high degree of must weight and is for sure a declassified Spätlese.
  Ripe stone fruit, wonderful mineral core, some interesting zesty and herbaceous notes and one of the wines I would describe as "dark" and deep. Drinks well now, but I am pretty sure that it will even shine brighter in 5-10 years time. Beautiful Kabinett already. 90-91+
