Great food wine--paired with seafood paella. Fairly light bodied with grapefruit and mineral notes. Good acidity--a refreshing wine and a nice summer option.

OK, it went into the refrigerator for two days, vacuum sealed, and it turned into nothingness! All the green apple was gone as was the "spritziness". Blah! Maybe it should last a little longer. I don't know. I tried it against a ca d'solo Albarino, there was no comparison. One had better drink the whole bottle at one sitting (with friends). The ca d'solo was eight dollars more, but well worth it if you are looking to find out about Albarino.

Big green apple and very spritzy on the tongue, long softening finish with lots of flavor. First Albarino, so I'm not sure what to expect. Looking for the Ca d'Solo from around here to compare. Would buy again for a change. Hard to get away from Kim Crawford SB at same price point.

Drank unchilled from cellar. Tight nose. Taste was unbalanced with a lot of heat hiding what little fruit I could taste. Will try it again tomorrow, chilled to see if it's any better. My first Albarino, so maybe it's just not for my palate.
