  I have very little confidence that what i say 'works' in the wine world... Nevertheless, this was a delicious pairing with a Brazilian Dungeness crab stew curtesy of Sitka Salmon Shares.

  Tried for the first time and was more than happy. A captivating aroma (now well settled after short bottle age) that draws you back for another whiff time and again. True to variety in aroma and taste - fresh, mouth watering, long tasting and with a firmish finish that begs for food. We enjoyed this pre-dinner with duck 'n cherry pate and a soft, creamy blue cheese, both with dry crackers. In all a lovely wine for immediate enjoyment. Cork seal 13.5% alc/vol

  Enjoyed with is squid ink seafood pasta - kind of undistinguished upon opening, but after about 30 minutes or so opens up and the mouthfeel becomes pleasantly viscous with a nice acidic backbone.
