  Not a full review and score - noticed they had restocked a new case and decided to sample early.
  
  Medium red-purple, clear. Initially rough and tart, lots of fruit (cherry). This mellowed on days 2 and 3, evolving into wax, rose petals, and cranberry. Bought more afterwards to lay down for 1-2 more years before revisiting.
  
  Day 1: Cuban and chicken pesto sandwiches
  Day 2: Wagyu burgers with sweet potato fries
  Day 3: Pork chops with cranberry-port sauce
