  Got a small parcel from Winningen this week to try some bottles of the new vintage from Matthias K., a younger self-made Riesling geek in a very, very good way, small estate, but if you ever had a glance on the steep as steep can be vineyards Uhlen and Röttgen you better should not suffer from vertigo,
  paired this with the rest of the flounder dinner, nowadays a VDP Ortswein, the Riesling middle class,
  WOW, unscrewed a stunning fresh Riesling fragrance, zesty yellow fruit initially on the palate, full of tension, salt, some smoke, spicy mouthwatering flow, long + finish, great Ortswein, *(**+-****?), around 91, 92 potential,
  one last word to this now more and more arriving vintage, for me a very great one, more freshness than the hyped 2015 and 2018, and mostly a very typical Riesling structure full of my beloved tension with a great ripe acid finish!
