Same as 2020 note on this. Which is kind of crazy. Wonder just how much air the Diam 10 cork is letting in on these.

KEND707’s note is spot on. This is well made, super enjoyable, and quite polished in style. Probably not a long term cellar candidate, as the tannins are already well integrated and it seems to be at peak today.

Loads of red berry. Vibrant, easy drinking red. Could easily consume a whole bottle in one sitting if not careful!

Two hour decant. Deep dark ruby magenta color. Boysenberry jelly, vanilla frosting, pencil lead, and strawberry gummy on the nose. Smooth, dry, medium bodied palate, with vibrant, lingering acidity. Firm, full tannins on the longish finish.
This is an easy drinker. It’s quite confectionery on the nose, which diminishes it a bit. The structure is very solid. I doubt it will get any better.
