Really nice and a clear step up from the NV which I find quite sweet. This has a lot more toastiness and complexity albeit still quite youthful in my opinion. A top producer

apple, lemon, moderate toasty/bread crust note, steely mineral, slight smoke. Very good but not worth the price premium over their entry level NV Brut. 89-90.

A minimum of 50 months on the lees. Disgorged in 2021. Ripe apple, white peach, almond, biscuit, bread crust, and light smoke, with fresh acidity and very good length. Relatively low pressure. The very fine, high quality mousse stands out. Drink or hold.

Medium gold colour. Medium (+) nose with yellow apples, toast, brioche, almonds, lemon and wet stone. Medium (+) taste of yellow apples, toast, lemon, brioche, almonds and wet stone. Small and medium lively bubbles. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good and well made Italian sparkling. Drink now or over the next five years. Goes well as an aperitif, or with cured meat.
