My first with this maker. A BdB Methode Champenoise bubbles from northern Italy. Great nose, tiny bubbles great texture. I am not normally gaga over BdB's and this one sang. Would show strongly as a ringer in a Champagne tasting.

This brut champagne is yeasty and very dry, and was a perfect foil for my rhubarb and ginger crisp dessert! Very tasty!
