Pale lemon colour. Medium (-) and developing nose with ripe green apples, white peach, ripe lemon, butter, flint, smoke and wet stone. Medium taste of ripe green apples, white peach, ripe lemon, smoke, butter, flint and wet stone. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Chablis Premier Cru with warm fruitiness and a great stoney touch. Drink now or over the next five years. Goes well with cheeses, fish or shellfish.

Popped, poured, consumed over next 60 minutes. Although enjoyable now, way too early to drink. Seems to be in an "in between" phase. Wait a few years to revisit.

Burgundy trip 2023; 6/14/2023-6/18/2023: Intensity medium. Citrus, pear, milky, oak. Acidity medium(+). Finish medium(+). For some reason I could not get rid of a cardboard flavour, which hampered my rating. (tasting at Boutique William Fèvre, Chablis)

Not tasted blind. Very full flavor as noted by others. At this point not a good QPR but will wait a couple of years to see if tension develops. A nice bottle at the present.

Annual wine trip; Bourgogne & Champage with Bas; 6/14/2023-6/18/2023 (France): [Tasting at Domaine William Fevre, Chablis] Riper fruit, because of the warm vintage; ripe green apple, some stone fruit. Medium+ acidity, long saline finish. 91-92
