Notes from day 1, bottle open for about 2 hours. Medium gold in color. Nose of lemon cream, honey, some furry funk, minerals. Palate of lemon, cream, honey, funk, minerals, spice. The finish was very long, with good acidity still present, and secondary layers starting to show. Overall the wine was fantastic, typical furry Cameron mouthfeel and wonderful nose, great bottle of wine. Drink or hold: 50+5+13+18+7

Tasted at the Cameron Winery during thanksgiving open house. Simply the best oregon chardonnay I've tried. John Paul said it was the best overall in his 2004 lineup. Wonderful nutty flavors with layered complexity. No obvious oak.

Wonderful notes of lemon peel & toasted apricot. Many layers of flavor. Closer to Burgundy than new world.

A mineral driven vs oak/butter driven chardonnay. This is a great food wine.
