  Celebrated as our first vineyard-designate wine in 1976, this 2018 vintage is opaque and ruby-black in color. A bouquet of blackberry, spicy cedar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and creamy oak wafts. Soft and lush on the entry, yet full-bodied. Lively blackberry fruit flavors with balanced acidity add to the richness on the palate. Round, supple fruit in the mouth gives way to more structured, sculpted tannins and a mild astringency on the finish.
