Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Popped and poured blind. Well, we knew the wine had a Fourrier capsule but didn't know which wine was being served. In a word, the wine was ethereal. It feels practically weightless on your palate but is somehow packed with detail and nuance. Fruit is in the red berry spectrum and there are also notes of iron, spice, and black tea. There is great lift and acidity that brings it all together. Everything just felt in place and the bottle disappeared quickly.
