Bottle is open for a day, brown colour, smells of raisins, plums and smoke, light to medium body, not that sweet for a Cream Sherry, not hot/spirituous, in the mouth raisins, smoke and acidity, in the aftertaste raisins, plums, smoke and acidity, good length (30 sec), nice Cream Sherry.

A blend of Oloroso (from Palomino) and the sweeter Pedro Ximenez. Rich aromas show a blend of Roasted nuts that mix with toasted brioche, fig, dried orange peel, cinnamon, dried apricots, prune and raisin notes that carry a hint of maple and tobacco. The palate is rich and not as sweet as the vast majority of creams on the market; this is on the drier side of medium. Flavors show a mix of roasted hazelnut and almond, maple, dried orange peel, dried apricot, fig and raw pastry dough with notes of tobacco and a subtle trace of baking spice. The finish is moderate and enjoyable.

A bright, clean, nutty and not-too-sweet cream, interesting and delicious, and one that you can have more than one glass of.
