  • Very rich and round profile, but with the nice minerality of chablis grand cru. After about 30min open this was in beautiful balance. Nice complexity, depth, fruit Amar balance.

  • French white wine from Chablis: Chardonnay. 13,5 % alcohol. Aged for around 14 months, including a period of time in French oak barrels, if necessary.

    Beautiful golden color.

Delicate, round and crisp aromas of lemon, brioche, pear, honey, exotic spices and minerals.
Intense flavors of lemon, pear, brioche, white flowers and exotic spices. Strong minerality.

Dry. Medium body. Medium + acidity. Perfect balance. Excellent structure. Some complexity. As elegant as it gets.

Very long finish with lemon, honey and minerality.

An outstanding and very complete wine. Crisp, intense, balanced, structured, airy and very very elegant. Improves with air. Drinks perfectly right now and will age beautifully. 96/100
