A profond white Burg by any standard and not one I'll easliy forget. Precise, taut, fresh, minerally and totally regal and elegant. This is the real deal in Grand Cru Chablis and my last of 4 btls. No signs of tiring but its so good now I couldn't resist sharing my last btl with some of my local wine buddies at Tilia tonight. It's really hard to imagine how a $300 plus Raveneau Clos could possibly top this btl??? Don't get me wrong I paid $80 for this several years ago so its not cheap but it totally exceeded my expectations...again. Very, very, happy to have bought a few 2010s of this recently. Can't wait to stand in this vineyard for the first time this fall!

colour clear with green notes. Hay and meadow grass on nose crisp underneath. Good crisp entry but a bit diffuse after that. Also detected a slight hint of oxidation. It was good but other bottles have been better

Still wonderfully alive, and still primary! Green apples, lemon peel, butterscotch and almonds. Concentrated, long and very stylish.

Precise, linear and had a mineral bite. Paired perfectly with Oysters.

Drinking nearly perfectly. Focused and yet some richness more akin to a Cote Beaune Grand Cru white Burg. Lovely stuff.
