Very good intensity, particularly for a difficult vintage. Some development since my last bottle, with a richness and depth. Baking spices, red apple strudel, crushed strawberry high tones. High acid, with room to grow.

90+ A very strong 90 here. Like most English sparklers, including the Hattingley BdB, I'm certain this will benefit from a few years under cork. A 93+ point wine for sure - just need more patience!
N: Wild strawberry, tart raspberry, buttered rich white bread toast, nutmeg undercurrent.
P: Bright, forrest berries, dried strawberry, subtle mandarin and orange oil. Taught, grippy high acid but with enough fruit concentration to balance. Nice biscuity underbelly that I'm sure will develop very well over the next few years.

56% pinot, 42% meunier, 2% pinot noir précoce. 10% fermentert på 4-5 år gamle fat.
Noe lukket. Røde bær. Sitrus. Svakt av gjærbakst. Hint av blomster. Rik og kremete i munnen. Søt frukt på smak (7,9 gram dosage). God lengde. Sødmepreget utgang med røde bær.
