  • Almost white color, but the aroma is quite distinct red berries, like red currant. With limited sur lie aromas the nose is dominated by fruit. The palate is also fruit dominated with an intense and tart mouth feeling. I have an idea that this will develop into something interesting.

  • Tasted at the winery in Hampshire, UK, on what was a very interesting wine tour led by Rebecca Fisher, Marketing & Events Manager. 56% pinot noir, 42% pinot meunier, plus there's a drop of bought in red wine to give a bit of colour. 2 years on less. 15% in French oak. Light salmon colour. Strawberry and sherbet on the nose and palate. Very much a summer wine for drinking on a warm day. Enjoyable.
