Nice, classic white Burgundy nose with citrus fruit, flint, apple, oak, tart white peach, and toast. Nice acidity on the palate with lemon notes, more flint, green apple, rocks, a hint of vanilla and more oak, and lemon oil. Long finish. This is really good and drinking quite well although the oak could use more time to fully integrate. There is quite a bit of complexity and depth, this should be great in 5-7 years. 94-95+

Decanted for ~4+ hrs prior to serving. My 2nd-btl, this developed much slower in the glass than I recalled the 1st-btl to have. Reduction, burnt-match aromas stuck for quite a while before finally giving way to white floral scents, bit of honey & lime. Very well-defined/delineated on the palate, with crystal-like minerality amidst ripe notes (and weight) of peach, apples, carried through with just the right amount of acidity/freshness. Gripping, and finished long! A very nice wine that should get even better with more cellar age!

Decanted for ~3-hrs by the time it was served. Initially cold/reticent, but one could sense the wine waiting to burst out in its full glory... and indeed, with time/air, bits of wood-toast, lemons, then white-flowers/peaches to finally that tinge of honeysuckle burst forth from the glass. Palate was no slouch as well - tensile backbone, fine minerality/chalk (extract) & freshness, this got better & tastier as the night wore on. Great wine in the making!

Early citrus and light toasted oak turn into ripe orchard fruit: peaches, dried apricots, ripe yellow plums. The acidity is perfect and adds lots of energy to the ripe 2019 fruit. Saline on the finish. Very good and recommended. 96+ potential
