This is good, right up my straße! Red, darkish fruit and a floral aroma that I find very stimulating. Very good acidity and length. I feel no shame in opening this now just to drink and enjoy on a sunday night, but I would venture it would go very well with duck or chicken and a mushroom sauce. Do serve at about 16C for best results.
