While hiking the Chablis grand cru. Passed the circular Vocoret sign (in Les Clos) and decided we needed refreshment. Limited notes, delicious purity with a generous pit fruit background. Lovely in a sleek style.

Aromas of flint, lemongrass. Sheer on the palate with some nutty sweetness on finish, Possibly from 14 months in neutral oak that gives some butterscotch aroma. Not as lean as some other Chablis I've had, with really good to texture.
