Late night at home with neighbourhood friends. Drank in Grassl Cru. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of grassy green citrus lemon, toasty oak, butter cream, peach, almond nut. Developing. On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol (13%), medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of fatty butter cream, integrated oak toast and spice, greenish citrus lemon, yellow peachy fruits, almond nut with a touch of pineapple. Long finish. Good quality. Feels more Meursault than Puligny to me. Nice enough, but definitely not getting the painful crystalline acidity Jancis is talking about.

Drank with pumpkin soup for Thanksgiving dinner. Grassy green citrus, some buttery finish and secondary flavors of nuts
