Transparent yellow. Apricots, white flowers, and honey on the nose. Medium-to-medium-light body, medium-plus acid. Dried apricots on the palate, with some savory grassy notes underlying. Of the three vintages I have now tried, this is certainly my favorite.

Another year on its side really benefited this. Nice classic waxy lanolin nose, then a surprisingly lush yet also somehow bone dry palate of pineapple and quince, with some ripping acidity and mineral notes to keep it all balanced. Really drinking well right now but no rush on it either. Glad to see these rounding into form. These needed a little more time in the cellar than I had intially thought, and are vastly better at cellar temp than ‘fridge cold’.
Elegant and light on its feet, though seemed to have less incisiveness or minerality than the 2018. Somehow seemed a bit less concentrated than the last showing about 5 months ago. Perhaps it has shed baby fat and is turning to the next stage of its life. Was my last bottle.

Watery tasting and boring.

Barrel fermented, correct? That aspect lifted it out of the "boring" Chenin zone for me. Better at cellar temp than slightly chilled.
