This was a positive surprise. Mature garnet colour, 5½. Mature, meaty and garrigue dominated wine with perfect balanced tannins. Harmonious and almost elegant for a Languedoc wine. Drink now - 2 years

Drank with Jane & Carter with Lasagna. Probably not vibrant enough to hold up to the lasagna, but decent fruit flavors with a hint of spice. A little thin in the mouth, but decent QPR.

Good value, nice blend. Easy drinking. Given the price I would buy again.

Gets worse with air (quickly). Not horrible, but not exactly a poster child for a "new and improved" Languedoc.

Fruit in the nose, deep and woodsy on the pallate -- I love this wine, and it would be great with rich foods.
