Aromas of beef broth, pine needles, sweet white flowers, blackberry, raspberry, a little beets, orange oil and pistachio cream. Intense fruit on the palate, it's juicy and supple before turning earthy and pleasantly tart, light and easy tannins give the impression that this will turn silky in a few years, this has great balance. Beautiful earthy and herbal nuances accompany ripe dark berries on the finish. Not quite ready, this will be much more interesting in a few years, and should be worth following 10+ years beyond that.

Big ripe berries, dark and savory. Bit of salt, graphite and briar. Nice tannic grip, but still open and easy to enjoy right now. 13.5% alc.
Delicate and floral Chambolle? Maybe not. Good tasty Burgundy at a reasonable price that mere mortals can actually find? Yes indeed. I think this has the stuffing to improve with time too.
