  Note other CTkr TN on P Roch wines state wines are cloudy. I know this producer throws sediment that is featherweight. So I delivered to restaurant 12 hours in advance with sediment riddled into corner. Decant went perfectly, there was 1.5 tablespoons held at bay, and wine was pretty clear. Very aromatic nose is classic strawberry with edginess from stems, like Dujac and DRC. Flavor pure red strawberry, raspberry and spice box. Very good weight. Telltale DRC style -- light in color but complete in mouth. Very healthy, probably goes another 5-10 yrs in mag. Those who don't like this wine may not like the 100% stem inclusion. 93-94 points.
