This has held up pretty well, kind of mild and mellow, not a lot of depth at this point, but a balanced, sweet-tart (in a good way) vouvray. Very nice.

MY last one of these, and I feel like we're drinking it at just the right time. The puckery acidity has really calmed down. It is a smooth, almost honey-like beverage, both in color and flavor profile. Not complex, just really mellow and deep. This wasn't pricey 10 years ago and it doesn't taste pricey now - but it was a good QPR and worth sitting on for the better part of a decade!

Starting to show some oxidation in a positive way - at least for this drinker. Apples and straw with enough sweetness and acidity to go with our homemade attempt at halal street cart, harissa charged chicken.

Good, and could go for a few more years. Just a classic, solid chenin. Sweet but oh so balanced with mildly puckery goodness.

Classic Chenin in my first check-in since purchase. Still off dry, a hint of bitterness, just entering adolescence.
