  Heart cherry, licorice, slight hints of vanilla and tonka bean, and, yes: rhubarb. Very nice. Acid uplift and ready to drink now.

  PnP. Flavours of noble oak mix with ripe red fruit. The taste is lively with silky tannins and high acidity. Substantial mouth feel and good concentration. The overall feeling is one of an easy drinking and balanced wine.

  醒酒一个半小时，闻香是淡淡草药，百里香肉桂一类香料味，樱桃的红果香气，淡淡皮革味，入口酸度高，单宁细腻，颗粒几乎没有，酒液咸，矿物感清晰，蘑菇的味道，红果混合着紫罗兰的香气，一些泥土的气息，酒体强劲，有点冲，酒精感，后段微微回甘，余味是草莓硬糖，花香和木质香气。需要进一步醒酒。相比于刚才以为自己在喝一支桑娇维塞，三个小时后闻起来有点像黑皮诺了，口中还是比较强劲，酒太硬，余味已经香甜悠长。第二天，酒的状态终于更舒展。闻香是淡淡芝麻，肉味，果梗气息，车厘子的果香，白石灰的味道，入口酸度高，单宁细腻，细纱般铺满舌尖，酒液咸，收口微甜，矿物感，活跃的红果香，泥土气息，咸咸的杨梅汁一样，胡椒的香料感，后段辛辣，矿物的微苦，余味漂亮，草莓奶油，香草，细腻花香和木质香气，在口中久久不能散去。这酒可以喝很多天，到第五天后依然坚挺，余味香气爆棚，红果气息和漂亮花香。和传统黑皮诺风格很不一样，这更是一支纯牌的意大利酒，刻到骨子里的基因。有意思的是，如果你开瓶不醒酒马上喝，得到的感受和醒酒后第二天喝是类似的。
