Light golden yellow in color. Full, forward & fragrant nose of ripe fruit aromas of apples, lemons/limes & pears with overtones of floral notes of honeysuckle, minerals, stony, spices, a hint of butter, roasted hazelnuts & a hint of vanilla in the background. Medium-light body of a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of tart green apples, lemons/lime & some pineapple, spices, honey, minerals & a touch of vanilla. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present but should continue to development further with a few more years of additional aging if stored properly.
