Some seawater, and seashell aromas, a bit leesy. On the palate brothy and briny with green apple, apple skin. chalky. might've caught this a little too late.

This is my next to last of these I am sad to say since this wine is really drinking beautifully. Pop and pour, The color is a light straw yellow. The nose has pear, butterscotch, citrus and floral notes. The palate is fresh and bright with smokey, salty crushed shell notes, citrus. Great balance and a medium finish. Yummy. This is the best bottle so far... did I say I was sad to only have one more??

Quite dark yellow. Needed an hour to show its floral and delicate aromas. Bright and delicate in the mouth, with a rather low concentration

Nothing like the last bottle that was delicious. This one was off in a way I can't really describe. Last bottle.
