  star bright straw. Melon, grass, green apple, jasmine or honeysuckle on the nose and palate. A touch of residual sweetness balanced out by medium minus acid. Medium body. Lingering floral finish. A really nice "house" white that will pair with lots of things will still maintaining its own character.

  Green apples, stone fruit, lemon pie and a touch of melon.
  Almost feels a little fizzy. Good crisp but comes across as an off-dry style. Haven't looked it up, but it got to have some residual sugar in it.

  One of our "go to" whites on wine list when unable byob. Reliable as aperitif & with a lot of food. Best of all, tends to be an excellent value on wine list! Paid $28 for this @ People's Organic in Bloomington MN w/ Sunday lunch. Screw cap allowed us to do a couple inexpensive pours at the venue & carry the rest home for double duty w/ simple sandwiches later. This wine is always exceedingly well balanced & w/ a sense of citrus, stone fruit, trop & mineral complexity from the blend. Love it! 11.7% alc
