Similar note to last bottle drank over two years ago. This is a truly enjoyable and satisfying Oregon Pinot. Superb balance and structure. Great food wine paired with salmon in balsamic reduction. Pleased I have additional bottles.

Very nice indeed. Still a little young, should improve for a few more years. Consistent with other vintages of Zépherine, all have been very good. Much easier to like than Burgundies. More fruit, less astringent, better balanced.

Overall an excellent wine showing some development, though likely 2-4 four years from prime drinking window.
