This improved and is ready for prime time. Very well balanced, beautifully integrated. Fresh, buttery, soft with great restraint. Refreshing finish. Group called out honeycrisp apple, ripe pear, fresh croissant.

My style of chardonnay, fermented in old oak and finished in steel. This is a bright wine with a silky mouthfeel. Notes of apple, honey, and wet stone. An enjoyable wine!

Oak is still dominant but beautiful oak. Some white flowers underneath but just peaking out from under the barrel influence. Well sculpted with good structure and freshness. Hopefully it will meld into something special. But not yet

Tasting room pour. Wow. I lost my tasting notes but I clearly remember thinking hazelnuts and butter. Rich but excellent acidity. For fans of Meursault. I’d like to sneak it into a blind tasting.
