Nose: I am only able to pick up strawberry Taste: still the same as last night I am able to pick up blackberry there is something else there but can not figure out what it is. There is a slight sweetness there but is definitely dry. Color I would say is a dark plum
Paired with Roasted Prime rib, mashed potatoes and roasted carrots

Powerful, a little wound up actually. Both on the nose and palate.

Color: Medium ruby (noticeably light).
Nose: Light cherry and herbal garrigue aromas. Not very complex, but still lovely.
Pal: Light bodied, very filigree. Soft tannins. 14.5% alc.
This reminds me of a village-level Chambolle-Musigny. Light, tender, filigree; but with Côtes du Rhone flavor profile.
88 pts.
Optimum drinking window: 2022 -2023. Serve at 58° to 60°.
