What a refreshing Chardonnay without that overwhelming oak that is too common. Just that touch of oak.
Scent of gooseberry and passionfruit. Taste very much like the scent with added acidity, like a green apple. Also lemon and steel.

Dégustation virtuelle avec Peter Gago. Belle robe jaune pâle. Au nez des écailles de crevettes, de pain grillé, de biscuit danois (petit beurre) et d'amande (marzipan). La bouche est longue, droite avec une franche acidité. 68% des raisins proviennent de Tasmanie.

Medium lemon in the glass. Blast of brioche, cream & ripe tropical fruit straight off the bat. Some bursts of citrus as well. Medium-bodied, big acid that needs at least a year to settle down and sync in with the fruit. Long, steely finish complemented by really pronounced notes of ripe banana. Good stuff, but way too young.
