A real salt and pepper Syrah! The Tuscan take on the variety rarely disappoints--it often reminds me of above-average CdP with a softer landing. This one boasts minerality that won't quit, crushed herbs, dusty rocks, and dried fruit, all wrapped up in a dry-as-hell package. Bold but finessed. Drink with something fatty.

Un Syrah serio, de casta. Mineral, especiado. Largo.
Negro opaco. Fruta roja (frambuesa) con notas florales (violeta).
Le falta aun por pulirse. Reservar por lo menos hasta el ‘24 o ‘25 mejor aún.
