Modern Australian Chardonnay Tasting (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Medium plus intensity aromas of peach wrapped in prosciutto initially, a little polished oak, sweet spice, struck match. Medium plus intensity acidity, more citrus over peach, a little texture and plenty of reductive struck match notes. It's a little lean for me.

Real Review - Top Wineries of Australia (Est. Restaurant, George Street, Sydney): Very struck match, bacon crisps over citrus, stone fruit, flinty. Medium plus intensity acidity tends to tart, quite citric, coarse burr, tightly tannic, slight alcohol warmth on the finish. Hmm.

Show Stoppers - Pinot and Chardonnay trophy winners 2022 (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Struck match/reductive notes dominate the nose over citrus and stone fruit and polished oak. Juicy, concentrated, struck match, a little textured, citrus over stone fruit, medium plus length, meh.

Still quite restrained. Almost austere. Needs time.
