  • In der Nase viel blaue Frucht, Fleisch und Fleischsaft, etwas frische Kräuter, Feuerstein, angedeutetes dunkles Trockenobst.

    Am Gaumen unvermeidlicherweise sehr warm, daneben aber gute, saftige Säure, recht geschliffenes Tannin mit trotzdem gutem Griff. Hat durchaus etwas von Rum-Topf. Hat aber reichlich Klasse und Tiefe.

    Mordsgerät, nachhaltig, lang, pikant.

  • Made from a blend of 84% Shiraz and 16% CS, 30 to 130 year old vines. Aged for 16 months in FR-92% and US-8% oak. Opaque ruby. Intense and dense aroma of blackberries, blueberries, plums, eucalyptus, licorice, chocolate. Full body, no restraint on this palate, just full throttle powerhouse with massive concentration and density. Opulent ripe black fruits, spices, chocolate and herbal hints balanced by high and warm abv 15.5%, medium acidity and medium tannins.
