Paper filtered and "hyper-decanted" leaving a faint coating of dusty sediment and yielding a dark, ruby liquor with rich aromas of black cherries and cassis. This was an extraordinary wine with luscious black fruit and cherries and raspberries exploding on the palate with a lingering finish which lasts a full 3 minutes.

All kinds of fruit exploding here -- red and black, with earth and mineral flavors too. Nicely balanced, great nose and nice, long finish. Drinking perfectly right now.
