Darkest red, almost black --- Nose fresh and fruity, red and black fruit, cherries, highly elegant wood notes, cedar box, cardboard aspects, some glue, medical notes, nice greenish tones, nice sourness, some basil, incense, some plums, overall elegant and self-confident --- Palate fresh, vivid, pretty strong acidity, overall fruity, some nutty aspects, black tea --- Finishes on its tart and fruity character, minerals coming through. Very nice vine showing class and potential.

Glass straight from Coravin. Beautiful, but way too young! I can smell the glass meters away. Strong Oak, leather, dark fruit, dried tuscan fruit and licorice aromas. In the mouth this wine is huge with very silky tannins but also very drying! Huge structure. This wine definitely needs time or a big fat steak Fiorentina! 94+++. Very good QPR. I like!

Had this while comparing it to a 2019 Bordeaux (Beychevelle). The color on this was dark Red with some electric ruby on the edges. Nose was a little bit closed off, maybe hidden a bit behind its higher alcohol %. It opened up more after a couple hours. Plum, spice and herbs on the nose. Palate had ripe red fruits, decently high acidity and chalky tannins. Decent amount of oak influence with vanilla and a bit of chocolate on the finish. This has the makings of an incredible wine, but it needs time. 5-15 years in the cellar will make this one beast of a wine. Looking forward to trying it again

Ruby purple at the first look - indeed an intense and powerful bottle. Notes of ripe dark fruits, leather and licorices. In the month, explosive, cohesive, well-structured. Tight tannins and powdery texture. Can be more elegant after a few more years of ageing.

Bu a la degustation du chalet. Super concentré, vraiment en jeunesse, a besoin de beaucoup d’air pour s’ouvrir. A revisiter dans 3-5 ans.
