1st bottle from a newly-delivered 12 pack. Enjoyed chilled at AQS. This rosé of Gamay (from a favorite producer of mine) is spicy and bright on the nose, showing off watermelon rind, white pepper, and fresh rhubarb. At 12.5% abv, the acidity is bright and zippy, supporting the red-fruited flavors with a citrusy topnote, finishing spicy and lip-smackingly delicious. Great rosé for the beach. Drink over the next year to keep it fresh.
