  Nose: nose is nice. Perfume. Candied apple. Darker fruit. Chalky like smarties.
  
  Palate: not as enjoyable as nose. Nice acidity, with subtle tannins but lacks depth. Still yummy. Just not a ton of nuance on palate, and not very long.

  The wine looks purple colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like strawberry, raspberry, cherry and cinnamon. It tastes like strawberry, raspberry, cherry and cinnamon. The body is light. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes short. The wine has high acidity.

  Robe bourgogne claire. Beau nez sur les fruits rouges. En bouche sur la framboise et petit fruit rouge. Vin très digeste, acidité présente et belle structure. Vin parfais pour été. Excellent RQP

  This pours light ruby in the glass with hints of pink and purple. The nose is cheerful and youthful showing bright red cherry, licorice, violet, and a vague touch of orange peel. Note terribly complex or expressive, but the profile that's there is quite appealing. The palate enters on sour plum, with medium tannin and medium plus acid, and a short finish which shows licorice. All in all this is a rather straight forward, lightly extracted and enjoyable Beaujoalis, but in my view nothing all that special.
