  香气中有很多的矿物感，像是尘钻一般飘洒嗅觉之中，氧化苹果带着轻微的坚果和烤硬面包味开启主体，树莓、苹果、苹果泥、草莓奶糖、血橙和柚子带着轻微牡丹花瓣的味道，随着醒酒，香气会变得更为饱满有力，氧化带来的风味晕染开来。口感较为饱满集中，有着很强的果汁感，酸度高而具有穿透感，果味比较通透，也有着比较明显的厚重感，樱桃汁、草莓汁、青苹果、草莓硬糖、葡萄柚等，带着淡淡的药草碎和坚果味，后段多金属和碎石矿物。92-93/100

  开始香气非常清新，似乎还在枝上挂着的红醋栗，带着露珠，轻抿一口，汁液四溢在鼻腔里，小树莓、覆盆子等小野果，带着一点红苹果、梨子、血橙的味道，中段开始还有些甘蔗味，浅浅的花瓣，淡淡的草莓蛋糕。口感颇为复杂，酸度高，单宁很细，通体流畅充盈，集中度高而有缓缓释放的力量。新鲜玲珑的树莓、野草莓、草莓和红醋栗等，带着淡淡的花香，细腻，在口中迸溅，但又有恰到好处的收敛感，很棒。
  随着醒酒，一两个小时后，花香似乎像被微风吹了起来，更为明显，果味之中的氧化味慢慢出来了些，隐隐约约，介于可接受和不可接受之间，微妙，淡淡的渍橘子、焦糖、一点坚果油的油润感和轻微动物性的香气。还出现一点夏摘大吉岭茶的气味，香气复杂又有飘忽感。口中的果浆感（又还没到果酱）会变得更加浓郁而复杂，集中度趋高，似乎在缓缓地席卷着口腔，草莓、树莓、红醋栗、蔓越莓、野莓等等，和花香纠缠，口中还有氧化带来的渍橘子和焦糖、坚果之类的黄酒味，后段还有些红茶、木质的质地，收尾长。94+/100

  Had at Medlar in Chelsea for lunch. Nose was a bit shy at first but lots of red fruits popped up later, bright and expressive. On the palate, umami and saline. Very long. Beautiful and can see why people go nuts for it.

  PNP into Riedel Burgundy glass (“Leaf” day): Medium orange copper to the eyes.
  
  Florals, complex citrus fruits like blood oranges and red cherry fruits. Smoky, florals. Very well integrated. Simply beautiful nose with a blend of fresh fruits and secondary notes of flora.
  
  Incredible complexity and depth here for a young and recently disgorged Rose Champagne. Enjoyable with some time in glass.
  
  What a rose! 95-96 points!
