  • Impromptu afternoon at ESBK. Pop and poured. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
Appearance is clear, pale going medium intensity, yellow lemon colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of ripe citrus lemon, citrus lime zest, honeyed lemon oil. Developing.
On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol (13.5%), medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of ripe citrus lemon, honeyed lemon oil, chalky minerality. Long sweet oily finish.
Good quality. Very drinkable already. Minerality needed more air to emerge. Acidity as usual not as high as desired.
