The wine is clear, with pale gold color, and thick legs.
On the nose, the wine is clean, with medium primary aroma intensity of white fruits, citrus, orange zest, white spices, white pepper, floral, honeysuckle, along with medium tertiary aroma intensity of honey, and sweet bread.
On the palate, the wine is sweet, with medium plus acidity, medium body, medium plus alcohol, medium plus primary flavor intensity of ripe white fruits, white pear, melon, peach, mango, sweet spices, vanilla, along with medium tertiary flavor intensity of honey and caramel.
Finish is long, vibrant and fresh.
The wine is of a very good quality, as it is showing great balance between residual sugar and acidity, along with very good fresh length. Fruit characteristics are pronounce and intense enough, with good complexity and multi layer components, mainly developed on the palate.
It was expressive enough during tasting, however I would expect more on the nose, which I believe will come out with further bottle aging, along with more tertiary characteristics.

Tasting Ground official tasting, Gilette Creme de Tete vertical (Oinoscent): Again, its very different to the previous ones, more herbal, filled with tea notes, chamomile, citrus and lemon, flesh and peel. Palate so light, airy, its again herbal, chamomile, lemon, lime, juicy with high acidity and long finish

Tasted over 5 days, this is hors classe. Real depth here, chalky, with essence of brioche, confit d'orange, citrus and serious length.
